  • Clearly diagnosed workflows and provided Windows/TCP/VPN support, iOS, Android with dept technical solutions at Tier 2 level and providing IMAC/OS Support.
  • Researched with software dept and kept updated using JIRA, Slack and Teams to keep it professional. Tracing the smart hands support with multiple technologies.
